Vikki Phy

As Director of Operations + Projects at Bluebird, Vikki brings 20+ years of agency experience helping teams stay organized, focused, and moving forward. She thrives on turning moving pieces into structured, well-executed plans that deliver results on time. Since joining Bluebird, she’s focused on strengthening workflows, creating clarity across projects, and supporting the team as the agency continues to grow—bringing just the right balance of structure, flexibility, and follow-through to keep everything running smoothly.

Her background spans project management, print production, and integrated marketing, where she’s led everything from large-scale direct mail programs to day-to-day workflow across creative, account, and production teams. She has a knack for connecting the dots, smoothing out processes, and making sure everyone has what they need to do their best work. Simply put—she keeps things running.

Outside of work, Vikki is all about family. She grew up in Mesquite, Texas and married her high school sweetheart (and yes—they’re still happily married). Together they’ve raised three kids—two daughters and a son—and now enjoy life as grandparents.

Vikki is the proud grandmother of three grandsons—Noah, Ace, and Jack. She raised Noah from birth, and you’ll often find her supporting all three in their life’s journey—whether that’s baseball, lacrosse, piano, or navigating the transition from college into adulthood. Being present for those moments is what matters most to her.

She also has deep Texas roots. Vikki is a sixth-generation Texan on her mother’s side, and her mom served two terms on the Texas Historical Commission after being appointed by then–Governor George W. Bush. On her dad’s side, her heritage traces back to her 6th great-grandmother, Ahniswake, a member of the Cherokee Wild Potato Clan.

When she’s not working, Vikki loves shopping (for herself and others—she’s basically a personal shopper at heart) and organizing just about anything that needs it. She also believes you’re never done growing and is looking forward to exploring art and pottery.

At the end of the day, Vikki is someone who values people, keeps things moving, and shows up—whether it’s for her team, her clients, or her family.
