Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. (DFWI) is the city’s leading organization for planning, advocacy, public space management, and project execution. As a key connector for property owners, residents, businesses, and policymakers, DFWI needed a creative partner to bring clarity and impact to their Annual Meeting materials. Bluebird was engaged to design DFWI’s Annual Report and supporting collateral for the event—delivering cohesive, visually compelling pieces that reflected the organization’s impact and vision for the future.
Bluebird has led the creative development of their Annual Report programs and books—key pieces unveiled at DFWI’s Annual Meeting each year since 2021. These reports highlight the organization’s progress, priorities, and vision with clear, compelling storytelling and design. Bluebird Creative also designed event collateral to support the Annual Meeting experience with all deliverables on tight print deadlines that we were able to meet with efficient review and turnaround times. Beyond these flagship projects, Bluebird produced fundraising materials for the Heritage Park initiative and delivered a variety of graphic design assets across DFWI’s initiatives. To complement these efforts, we executed a geo-fenced digital ad campaign targeting high-traffic areas outside of Downtown Fort Worth—like Dickies Arena, Central Market, and Magnolia Street— promoting free night and weekend parking to boost awareness of Downtown’s accessibility.

The 2025 Annual Meeting marked a milestone moment for DFWI, and Bluebird played a central role in shaping the visual identity and experience of the event. From a polished, content-rich Annual Report deck to thoughtfully designed collateral, every element reflected the organization’s accomplishments and future direction. The materials were met with enthusiastic feedback from stakeholders and attendees, reinforcing DFWI’s leadership and impact in Fort Worth. Our work also continued to support DFWI’s broader initiatives, including the Heritage Park fundraising campaign, with the leave-behind piece proving to be a valuable tool in daily donor conversations.
